There are a lot of trees -
The undergrowth was cleared over most of the land by the previous owners - apparently this is called "park-landing".
The previous owners also installed a dam, for which we are very grateful.
Our neighbour loves to mow and slash and kept this side of the boundary clear for us. It's not his boundary....but....
